more proof of how much arco sucks
I'm not sure if Arco expects these tires to grow feet and walk off on their own, or are they actually going to pick up their property? More proof of how much they suck.

As if you didn't see this coming...the problem is that when there is a little trash on the street and Arco does not pick it up off their property. Then next thing you know more people start leaving trash in the same area and the problem gets worse and worse. Thanks AM/PM for being the crappiest neighbors on the planet!!!

trashy trasherson
No surprise, more trash. It's been lying around the store for awhile. Just in case you cant make out the photo, thats a television and in the other photo is a shopping cart and lots of trash bags and random piles of crap. Why is Arco and AM/PM such bad neighbors? Why won't they ever pick up their property? I would be so embarrassed if I worked for his company.

I'm sure they Arco/AMPM will never realize this, but they are responsible for the parking strip next to their property. From the cities website -
What is a property owner’s responsibility for streets and sidewalks?
Streets and sidewalks are for everyone's use. They add value to private property by providing access to the property and a way to get to other places in the city.
When property is developed, property owners dedicate part of the land as "public right-of-way" for streets, sidewalks, utilities and similar public uses.
What some property owners do not realize is that they are responsible for maintaining part of the public right-of-way next to their property, including the sidewalk and planting strip, or the roadway shoulder if unimproved. Property owners are also responsible for maintaining unpaved alleys next to their property.

no hope for am pm
Much of the construction is done along MLK, I was hoping that this would get the AM/PM to start cleaning up it's act, but of course I was wrong since Arco seems to be going for being the worst company on the planet. Isn't charging us too much for gas enough? The property is once again over grown with weeds. I took these tires to the dump myself yesterday since they seem utterly uninterested in picking up their own lot.
