more proof of how much arco sucks

I'm not sure if Arco expects these tires to grow feet and walk off on their own, or are they actually going to pick up their property? More proof of how much they suck.

As if you didn't see this coming...the problem is that when there is a little trash on the street and Arco does not pick it up off their property. Then next thing you know more people start leaving trash in the same area and the problem gets worse and worse. Thanks AM/PM for being the crappiest neighbors on the planet!!!
