I can't even remember when I first took a photo of this TV someone had dumped and Arco had decided not to pick up. Maybe they are waiting for it to biodegrade? It's been sitting on their property for a long long time. It's Chinese new year and the neighborhood temple is really hoping, I love all of the life and good will for this Columbia City Neighborhood, it's too bad that Arco does not take better care of their property.

Joel, I'm super impressed at your persistence with this place. What a disaster, I live on 14th on Beacon and people are constantly dumping old couches, televisions, appliances, all kinds of crap on the sidewalks, but thats people and not on a national corporate chain. Ever thought of sending your story to the NPR show This American Life? they seem to get results every time they call out big business on the radio, and it might be a good tie in to the fact that its 2009 and Seattle is finally getting some kind of public transportation system in place. Anyways, keep up the good work. cheers - eric
